📋 Description

• Maintaining accuracy and consistency in leave administration by reconciling system data • Collaborate with internal and external partners • Identify and resolve discrepancies that could impact employee pay or case outcomes • Document issues and perform root cause and trend analysis • Drive issue resolution, reduce risk, and improve processes

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in the leave of absence industry • Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience • Demonstrate advanced Excel skills, with the aptitude to learn and apply additional analytical tools • Be able to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with a track record of shared success • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders • Be able to apply detailed-oriented thinking alongside strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
