📋 Description
• 负责指定区域内酒店客户的日常对接，提供卫生清洁用品咨询与售后服务 • 定期拜访客户并开展客情维护活动，提升客户满意度与忠诚度 • 挖掘酒店客户潜在需求，制定个性化解决方案，推动新业务合作与订单增长 • 跟踪客户订单洽谈、合同签订、发货协调及款项回收 • 响应并解决客户在产品使用、售后等方面的问题 • 建立并动态更新客户档案，记录客户反馈、采购偏好及合作历史 • 关注酒店行业需求变化与竞品动态，定期反馈市场信息 • 参与制定酒店渠道销售计划，达成个人及团队销售指标，提升产品在酒店场景的渗透率
🎯 Requirements
• 大专及以上学历，市场营销、酒店管理、化工相关专业优先 • 具备 1-3 年酒店、餐饮等服务业渠道销售经验者优先 • 有卫生清洁用品、快消品销售经验者更佳 • 具备良好的沟通表达与谈判能力 • 工作踏实认真，有较强的抗压能力与执行力 • 能适应频繁出差 • 认同公司产品理念 • 了解酒店行业的卫生标准与清洁流程者优先
