📋 Description

• Conducting basic lab testing, equipment installation and maintenance, chemical transfers, and process monitoring at customer sites. • Maintaining accurate inventory records, documenting results, supporting customer operations, and working safely in an industrial environment. • Performing routine testing and monitoring at customer sites, including data entry and contributing to service report preparation. • Interfacing directly with customers to identify and address issues related to chemical programs or equipment performance. • Managing product inventory, including deliveries to process units and offloading chemicals into customer storage tanks. • Adjusting chemical feed rates based on routine testing and monitoring to ensure optimal treatment performance. • Alerting site managers or support engineers to customer issues, operational concerns, or opportunities for improvement and assist with troubleshooting efforts. • Conducting expanded process testing to identify dosage optimization opportunities or mechanical impacts affecting performance. • Installing, maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting monitoring and feed equipment. • Partnering with the site team and customers to ensure optimal program performance and customer satisfaction. • Performing mechanical and electrical equipment repairs as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required. • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial environment. • Chemical handling, water treatment, manufacturing, or industrial maintenance experience is preferred but not required. • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally throughout the Akron/Massillon territory.
