📋 Description

• Submit RFP responses, proposals, and bids through enterprise and government e-procurement portals • Attach required vendor and compliance documentation, including SOC 2 reports, W-9s, and sole-source justifications • Coordinate with insurance brokers to secure Certificates of Insurance • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on statutory-language edits during contract negotiations • Maintain compliance repositories by saving executed BAAs, HIPAA documents, and government addendums in Zoho Books • Reconcile inbound purchase orders against finalized agreements • Authorize Sales to initiate customer onboarding once the PO matches the contract and financial requirements are met • Pull usage reports, review payment standing, and calculate overages before renewals • Provide Sales with overage breakdowns, update quote expiration dates, issue renewal invoices, and provision added message credits • Issue invoices and follow up on open POs, unpaid invoices, and outstanding submissions • Partner with Finance on POs and checks, including matching payments to invoices and flagging exceptions • Report to Teletask’s executive leadership team and own routine decisions and submissions

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Finance, or Contract Administration, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology environment • Strong analytical skills, including auditing platform utilization data, calculating billing overages, and reconciling accounts • Sharp attention to detail • Ability to work across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Implementation • Deep understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements • Experience navigating government contract management systems, portals, and reporting requirements • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs • At least 1 year of experience directly handling government contracts • Experience with Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, or similar mid-market platforms preferred • Public sector or public health contracting exposure is an asset • Experience building or documenting a quote-to-cash process • Hands-on experience executing formal vendor bids through enterprise or government e-procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba or Proactis • Working fluency with SOC 2, HIPAA, and BAAs, plus confidence reviewing statutory contract language
