📋 Description

• Conduct and manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments according to SOS field inventory processes • Complete assigned tasks in alignment with department, facility, operational, and corporate goals • Assist with business development activities for new and existing service offerings • Promote, build, and maintain customer relationships with adjusters to support retention and repeat business • Communicate daily with the Field Manager and Service Manager regarding operational issues and improvements • Follow all standard operating and safety procedures • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned • Perform post-loss insurance claim work in adverse conditions • Complete work assignments safely and efficiently • Travel to site locations within the assigned geographic area

• Strong problem solving and project management skills • Excellent customer service skills with client policyholders and insurance company claim staff • Professional personal and vehicle appearance • Ability to work in adverse conditions following post-loss insurance claims • Ability to perform assignments safely and follow Enservio safety standards • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong interpersonal, writing, and communication skills • Excellent personal organization and leadership skills • Results-oriented and able to accomplish work in a team environment • Ability to travel to site locations within the geographic area • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without physical restrictions • Ability to work independently without direct onsite supervision • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle available for use • Property and Casualty claim experience is a plus • Restoration industry experience is a plus
