📋 Description

• Interact with policyholders and Field staff by phone and email to compile lists of damaged personal items • Create content lists meeting Enservio quality standards for accurate item valuation • Review insured-provided lists and gather item age and pricing information for accurate LKQ matching • Monitor and manage claim assignments • Evaluate claim details and supporting documentation • Conduct interviews and collaborate with relevant policy members to capture total-loss contents • Follow up with policyholders regarding inventory-record accuracy • Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend action plans • Communicate claim status, required documentation, and next steps to customers and internal team members • Enter claim-related documentation accurately into the claims management system

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational skills • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously • MS Office knowledge, especially Excel • Minimum typing speed of 65 WPM • Ability to learn and navigate claims management and estimating systems efficiently • Strong, accurate data-entry skills with attention to detail • Comfortable using web-based research tools to verify product values and descriptions • Proficient in email and chat communication for customer support and claims documentation • Ability to empathize; experience dealing with grieving individuals is a plus • Customer service experience • Ability to sit on the phone for several hours at a time • Good cell phone reception at home • Internet access • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
