• Engage with customers through Amazon's chat platform, providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries about orders, products, services, and account information • Quickly diagnose and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive and seamless experience • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service and accuracy • Utilize internal resources, FAQs, and knowledge bases to provide accurate information and solutions • Identify complex or sensitive issues and escalate them to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary • Accurately record customer interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution efficiency • Provide feedback to improve chat processes and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience
