📋 Description

• Lead complex healthcare SaaS implementations from kickoff through completion, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies • Manage project scope and customer expectations, including changes and escalations throughout the implementation • Lead customer meetings and communications, including interactions with senior and executive stakeholders • Coordinate clinical, engineering, product, and customer teams across multiple implementation workstreams • Oversee implementation readiness, cutover planning, go-live, and post-launch hypercare activities • Partner with Product and Engineering to address integration challenges and product gaps affecting customer deployments • Track project performance and help improve implementation processes, playbooks, templates, and use of AI tools • Support the transition from Implementation to Customer Success with a complete customer handoff • Mentor and serve as a resource for other Implementation Project Managers, particularly on complex or at-risk engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing software implementations or complex technical projects, preferably within healthcare • Experience leading healthcare SaaS implementations for provider, clinical, or health IT organizations • Experience managing large, complex, or multi-site implementations with multiple stakeholders and workstreams • Strong project management skills, including scope, risk, dependency, timeline, and stakeholder management • Experience working with healthcare data structures and integration technologies such as HL7, FHIR, and APIs • Experience working in HIPAA-regulated healthcare environments and understanding of healthcare data privacy requirements • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and senior-level stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, or support other project managers • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or healthcare technology environment preferred • PMP certification and AI proficiency preferred
