📋 Description

• Be the guardian of our students' success journey, ensuring every person who trusts us has a transformative experience • Design Memorable Experiences: Structure and enhance the customer journey with a strategic and empathetic mindset • Lead onboarding processes that make our students feel at home • Maintain active engagement with students, acting as a partner in their transformation journey • Monitor success metrics and propose improvements that deliver real impact • Support renewal and retention strategies, because we believe in continuous journeys

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Customer Experience • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools • Strong organizational skills and structured planning • Genuine empathy – the ability to put yourself in someone else’s shoes • Warm, clear communication – speak with clarity and care • Positive resilience – turning challenges into opportunities • Growth mindset – willingness to grow alongside the business • Natural collaborator – enjoys working as part of a team
