📋 Description

• Develop and execute engaging social media strategies aligned with the brand • Create, schedule, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms • Track and analyze social media performance • Research industry trends and propose fresh, creative content ideas • Respond to messages and comments and foster an online community • Collaborate with the team to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of social media management experience • Fluent English speaker with strong written and spoken grammar skills • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and similar platforms • Ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly • Strong writing skills for engaging captions and ad copy • Creativity and a keen eye for branding, trends, and visual aesthetics • Experience with G-Suite, including Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Gmail • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask • Availability to work on an EST schedule (Tampa, Florida time zone) • Computer meeting industry standards; computers with less than 4GB RAM, Windows 7, or slow processing speeds will not work • High-speed internet connection with antivirus protection • Webcam and microphone for Zoom or Google Meet meetings • Ability to work on a computer for 2–5 hours per day • Weekend engagement availability when social media activity arises
