📋 Description

• Consulting and solution design • Analyze existing Citrix infrastructures and develop optimization and modernization strategies • Advise our customers on Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), Citrix DaaS and Citrix Cloud services, including NetScaler • Create architecture designs for hybrid and cloud-native Citrix environments on Azure • Conduct workshops and technical presentations at customer sites • Design and implement Citrix solutions (on-premises, hybrid, Azure-based) • Migrate existing Citrix environments to the Azure cloud (Citrix Cloud, Azure Virtual Desktop) • Integrate Citrix with Azure Active Directory, Azure networking (VNet, ExpressRoute) and Azure security services • Provide technical support as part of our Citrix managed services • Performance monitoring, troubleshooting and optimization of production Citrix environments • Perform updates, patches and upgrades • Provide 2nd/3rd-level support for complex technical issues • Evaluate new Citrix and Azure features and their potential for our customers • Create and maintain best-practice documentation • Deliver training sessions and workshops for customers • Support and troubleshoot complex IT issues • Develop and implement Citrix best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification (e.g., IT Specialist – System Integration) • Several years of experience as an IT consultant, ideally with a focus on Citrix technologies • Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Citrix NetScaler and Citrix Cloud / DaaS • Proficient with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory and PowerShell • Excellent German (C1 or C2) and English skills, both written and spoken • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability • Excellent communication and consulting skills • High self-motivation and a solution-oriented work approach • Citrix certifications (e.g., CCA-V, CCP-V, CCE-V) are a plus • Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator AZ-104 or Azure Solutions Architect AZ-305) are a plus
