📋 Description

• Advising our clients and independently designing, implementing, and deploying tailored solutions based on the TIVITY platform • Creating end-to-end solutions — from the initial idea, through detailed user stories and mockups, to the finished product • Acting as the central interface between clients and the project/development team to ensure project success • Conducting in-depth product and competitive analyses of innovative and market-leading software solutions • Facilitating workshops to identify solutions for complex, technically demanding topics • Capturing the client's vision and requirements and creating wireframes to visualize user flows • Planning a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) • Iteratively building the product on the platform, including data models, data queries, user interfaces and workflows • Validating through user surveys/interviews and making corresponding adjustments

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the IT sector or a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics/Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science • At least 2 years of experience as an IT consultant, product manager, solution architect or in a similar role • Ability to analyze and interpret user/product requirements and to develop and implement solution approaches • Experience in coordinating activities and/or managing projects • Experience in change, release and test management • Strong communication, teamwork and assertiveness skills, with a solution-oriented mindset and analytical thinking • Experience with distributed teams and remote working — a dedicated home office room and reliable infrastructure are required • Strong customer orientation, personal responsibility, planning and organizational skills, and determination • Knowledge of agile working and software development methods (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and business-fluent German and English • Certification as a Professional Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner is a plus but not required
