📋 Description

• You independently lead License Advisory projects within the Microsoft environment and take responsibility for them from analysis through to presenting the results to the client • You analyze licensing and contract structures, identify optimization opportunities and develop concrete recommendations for action • You actively position our services in the market and consistently develop existing client relationships • You proactively identify potential new engagements with both existing and new clients and pursue them in a targeted manner • You present findings and recommendations to decision‑relevant stakeholders on the client side • You collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure high‑quality project delivery • You work closely with the Head of License Advisory and actively support the further development and structuring of our services • You develop standards, processes and best practices in the area of License Advisory

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in license management, cloud/Microsoft services, IT consulting, procurement or a comparable environment • Good knowledge of the Microsoft licensing landscape, particularly regarding on‑premises, perpetual licensing and volume licensing agreements (EA, MPSA, Open) • Enjoy working closely with clients and identifying and developing new project and mandate opportunities • Strong negotiation skills in interactions with clients and partners • Excellent communication skills and a confident presence, including when engaging with demanding, decision‑making stakeholders • High result orientation with a clear focus on achieving goals • Structured and analytical way of working, especially when dealing with complex licensing and contract structures • Hands‑on mentality and willingness to take responsibility for implementation
