📋 Description

• Serve as a consultative wound healing expert and primary contact for hospital wound care decision makers • Consult with clinicians on the safe and effective use of Solventum products • Attend procedures and placements in hospital care settings • Deliver business growth through sales targets, account management, and territory management • Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities • Educate clinicians through inservicing • Build and maintain relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders • Use clinical and economic evidence to grow therapy adoption and support advanced solutions and new product introductions • Persuade stakeholders to advocate for proposed solutions and products • Provide customer support and service • Complete the sales training program and demonstrate proficiency • Use company software for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking • Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years of sales, clinical, or related experience; OR High School Diploma/GED AND 4 years of sales, clinical, or related experience • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Current, valid Driver’s License • Must successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and maintain ongoing eligibility under Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • May need to possess licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials required by healthcare or third-party facilities • Up to 20% overnight travel anticipated
