📋 Description

• Collaborating with team members, product owners and other stakeholders to build world class medical coding software. • Working with stakeholders to develop and translate business requirements for assessing medical chart readiness. • Leading team of data scientists and software developers to enhance our chart confidence pipeline with the goal of improving client automation. • Evaluating team member recommendations, providing detailed feedback and assessing improvements. • Reporting to internal stakeholders on progress and accomplishments of the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND Seven (7) years of product management experience in a software development environment • OR High School Diploma/GED from AND Fourteen (14) years of product management experience in a software development environment • 3 years of experience working with cloud-hosted applications • 3 years of experience in a technical role such as software development, QA or data science • 3 years of experience working with machine learning or other AI software products
