📋 Description

• Collaborate with team members, product owners and other stakeholders to build medical coding software • Work with stakeholders to develop and translate business requirements for assessing medical chart readiness • Lead a team of data scientists and software developers to enhance the chart confidence pipeline and improve client automation • Evaluate team member recommendations, provide detailed feedback and assess improvements • Report team progress and accomplishments to internal stakeholders • Comply with corporate policies, procedures and security standards while performing assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND Seven (7) years of product management experience in a software development environment; OR High School Diploma/GED AND Fourteen (14) years of product management experience in a software development environment • 3 years of experience working with cloud-hosted applications • 3 years of experience in a technical role such as software development, QA or data science • 3 years of experience working with machine learning or other AI software products • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • Master's degree in Computer Science or related from an accredited institution (additional qualification) • Experience with medical coding systems such as ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, etc. (additional qualification)
