📋 Description

• Support Change Management Execution • Support development and execution of change plans for assigned initiatives • Build and maintain key change deliverables (e.g., stakeholder plans, impact summaries, readiness trackers) • Track adoption, engagement, and readiness metrics • Develop Communications and Materials • Draft employee communications and leader messaging • Create toolkits, FAQs, and quick reference guides • Ensure content clearly communicates what change means for employees • Conduct Assessments and Gather Insights • Support impact and readiness assessments • Gather feedback from stakeholders and employees • Identify risks and escalate as appropriate • Enable Leaders and Teams • Support development of leader toolkits and engagement materials • Assist in preparing leaders for communication and change activities • Ensure consistency of messaging across initiatives • Support Scaled Change Practices • Apply established tools, templates, and methodologies • Maintain change documentation and artifacts • Contribute to continuous improvement of TMO practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher • 2–4 years of experience in change management, communications, or related field • Strong writing and content development skills • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Effective collaboration and stakeholder coordination skills
