📋 Description

• Act as one central point of contact for the project, internally and externally • Coordinate internal resources, clients, and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques • Work with clients to define expected project outcomes and deliverables • Develop detailed project plans and monitor, track, and report progress • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques • Perform risk management to minimize project risks • Report and escalate issues to management as needed • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors • Participate in relevant corporate programs and initiatives • Comply with professional, quality, corporate, security, and ethical standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and four (4) years of experience in Health Information Project Management; OR High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of six (6) years of equivalent experience in Health Information Project Management • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Management in Health Information and/or IT arena • Excellent client facing and internal communication skills using written and spoken English • Attention to detail and outstanding follow through • Experience using collaboration tools to manage and communicate with remote teams • Excellent verbal, written, analytical problem solving and organizational skills • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Knowledge of Solventum HIS products • Ability to effectively communicate ideas and information to other individuals and team • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills • Proven ability to maintain a positive attitude in a team environment • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
