📋 Description

• Apply process and business data understanding to deliver automation and AI-based solutions aligned to business outcomes • Partner with business stakeholders and IT to design and build agentic AI capabilities for Commercial Operations • Develop intelligent automation solutions that drive growth, efficiency, insight, and innovation • Integrate AI automation with enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, and workflows to enable data-driven decision-making • Evaluate emerging technologies and rapidly scale successful use cases • Identify AI trends and translate them into competitive advantages for the organization • Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards while performing assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of experience in an application or data role, OR high school/GED and 11 years of experience in an application or data role • 4 years in commercial operations, data management, or similar experience with business domain and process understanding • 4 years with Python, Java, SQL, Shell, Go, or Rust • 3 years leveraging and deploying solutions on cloud native data services such as Azure, AWS, Fabric, Snowflake, or Databricks • 1 year experience doing LLM agentic AI systems including multi-task orchestration, memory context management, or similar concepts • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • Hands-on experience developing on Microsoft platforms like Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, or Foundry • Hands-on experience using coding harnesses with Open AI Codex, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot • Hands-on experience deploying cloud infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, Puppet, Chef, or similar technologies
