📋 Description

• Partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, Facilities, Legal, and other functions to gather and document business requirements • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and surveys to understand current pain points and desired outcomes • Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria • Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to ensure solution alignment • Identify process gaps and recommend scalable solutions within Employee Center Pro • Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring requirements are met and tested • Maintain documentation of business processes, requirements, and decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ServiceNow or other enterprise platforms or equivalent experience • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Employee Center Pro, portals, knowledge management, and case management modules • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to create clear documentation, process flows, and user stories • Comfortable working in an Agile environment • Experience with UX principles and service design a plus
