📋 Description

• Play the role of Claims Domain lead for MMIS healthcare projects. • Drive the claims module and process, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. • Coordinate with customers and assist in implementation decisions. • Guide the entire life cycle and troubleshoot problems in the application. • Conduct demos and track feedback from milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of healthcare experience, especially in the MMIS domain. • Hands-on experience in claims processing and adjudication processes. • In-depth understanding of Claims and Claims lifecycle. • Familiarity with systems like CMdS, GHS, Facets. • SQL proficiency for validating data in backend tables. • EDI tools for validating X12 files. • Excellent written and spoken communication skills. • Ability to multitask between internal and external stakeholders.
