📋 Description

• Maintain cost trackers for each production project • Update cast lists with contractual obligations, session guarantees, and booking requirements • Record sessions, session types, and characters portrayed from bids and invoices • Send final bids and invoices for payment processing • Document service rates and corresponding bids/invoices • Track talent-session guarantees against contractual obligations • Forecast external talent budgets with Production and Finance • Keep spending updated for accurate budget-spend reporting • Compare actuals against casting cost trackers • Provide monthly spending reports to development partners • Assist with talent travel, direct-bill requests, and car-service bookings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant work experience • At least 3 years of administrative or relevant work experience • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with AAA talent and recording studio staff • Strong written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills • Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently • Strong problem-solving skills • Self-starter and results-oriented • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word • Ability to work independently on difficult projects with minimal supervision • Experience working across multiple time zones • Experience with high-profile executives and performers desired • Familiarity with recording studios and services desired • Familiarity with PlayStation products • Experience working in a multinational global company • Familiarity and experience working with talent agencies desired
