📋 Description

• Own product strategy and roadmap for an agentic security product surface • Define priorities and drive products from definition through launch • Conduct customer, design partner, and MSP partner discovery sessions • Convert customer feedback and usage data into roadmap decisions • Lead 0-to-1 delivery with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams • Make product trade-offs, control scope, and deliver products to customers • Set and achieve activation, usage, and retention targets • Run experimentation programs to improve adoption and engagement • Partner with the Securing AI PM and AI Safety Office on internal AI standards • Define and maintain the product evaluation framework • Provide requirements and evidence for packaging, licensing, and MSP/MSSP model decisions • Collaborate with pricing, finance, sales, and other business teams on the commercial model • Use AI tooling to prototype concepts and identify product risks • Contribute to weekly updates, launch standups, QBR materials, and enablement content • Brief executives and internal field audiences

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or related industry experience • Demonstrated track record building for expert users • Hands-on experience with RAG, prompt engineering, evals, model selection trade-offs, latency versus quality decisions, and hallucination mitigation • Understanding of AI feature onboarding, default behaviors, engagement expansion, and trust-related failure modes • Executive-grade written and verbal communication • Hands-on experience driving action in ambiguous spaces • Cybersecurity, security operations, IT operations, or observability product experience is a strong plus • Hands-on experience with agentic systems, including tool-calling, multi-agent orchestration, MCP, or similar, is a strong plus • Experience with AI governance, data loss prevention, or acceptable-use policy enforcement is a strong plus • MSP or MSSP channel product experience, including multi-tenant and partner-delivered motions, is a strong plus • Legal authorization to work in Canada without employer sponsorship
