📋 Description

• Traveling to customer sites to install and configure robotic systems. • Performing system testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality. • Providing training and technical support to customers on the operation and maintenance of the robotic systems. • Collaborating with the engineering and support teams to resolve any technical issues encountered during installations. • Documenting installation procedures and creating installation reports. • Assisting with the development of standard operating procedures for installation and maintenance activities. • Traveling up to 100% of the time, both domestically and internationally. • Working independently with minimal supervision. • Managing project timelines and ensuring timely completion of installations.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in engineering, computer science, or a related field. • Prior experience in installation and maintenance of complex technical systems. • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. • Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Flexibility to travel extensively, including overnight stays. • Applicants for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have proof of COVID-19 vaccination records.
