📋 Description

• Serve as management and technical lead for contractor personnel supporting the designated PMO office • Provide senior-level expertise in advanced and quantitative analytic methods and intelligence integration • Lead and direct contractor work, coordinating task execution and assignment of requirements • Support the TO Program Manager and serve as primary technical point of contact • Oversee day-to-day production and dissemination of intelligence products under analytic tradecraft standards and ICD 203/206 • Ensure personnel meet contract performance objectives and quality standards • Assist with cost, schedule, performance, and risk management • Support staffing continuity and surge or optional task requirements • Maintain relationships with customers, the COR, and stakeholders • Coordinate with the PM and other Team Leads for resource optimization and cross-center integration • Contribute to accurate and timely contract deliverables, including status reports and meeting records • Ensure compliance with applicable ICDs and intelligence agency SOPs • Respond to customer inquiries and alert the PM and customer to technical or programmatic issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Intelligence, or National Security • 10+ years of intelligence analysis or analytic-enabling experience • Experience supporting Defense Intelligence Agencies • Experience with NSS/NDS alignment and strategic competition priorities • Prior experience as a Team Lead, task manager, or first-line supervisor on a government intelligence contract • Deep expertise in advanced analytic methodologies, data engineering/science, ORSA, and targeting automation for enterprise-wide intelligence integration • Relevant certifications such as CDASA-I, CCMP-F, or equivalent IC analytic tradecraft certifications • Experience integrating multi-disciplinary intelligence, including all-source, C4I, cyber, HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT • Familiarity with intelligence analytic production systems such as MARS/MIDB • Top Secret/SCI clearance • No foreign language requirement for this functional office • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required
