âą Serve as management and technical lead for contractor personnel supporting the designated PMO office âą Provide senior-level expertise in advanced and quantitative analytic methods and intelligence integration âą Lead and direct contractor work, coordinating task execution and assignment of requirements âą Support the TO Program Manager and serve as primary technical point of contact âą Oversee day-to-day production and dissemination of intelligence products under analytic tradecraft standards and ICD 203/206 âą Ensure personnel meet contract performance objectives and quality standards âą Assist with cost, schedule, performance, and risk management âą Support staffing continuity and surge or optional task requirements âą Maintain relationships with customers, the COR, and stakeholders âą Coordinate with the PM and other Team Leads for resource optimization and cross-center integration âą Contribute to accurate and timely contract deliverables, including status reports and meeting records âą Ensure compliance with applicable ICDs and intelligence agency SOPs âą Respond to customer inquiries and alert the PM and customer to technical or programmatic issues
âą Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Intelligence, or National Security âą 10+ years of intelligence analysis or analytic-enabling experience âą Experience supporting Defense Intelligence Agencies âą Experience with NSS/NDS alignment and strategic competition priorities âą Prior experience as a Team Lead, task manager, or first-line supervisor on a government intelligence contract âą Deep expertise in advanced analytic methodologies, data engineering/science, ORSA, and targeting automation for enterprise-wide intelligence integration âą Relevant certifications such as CDASA-I, CCMP-F, or equivalent IC analytic tradecraft certifications âą Experience integrating multi-disciplinary intelligence, including all-source, C4I, cyber, HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT âą Familiarity with intelligence analytic production systems such as MARS/MIDB âą Top Secret/SCI clearance âą No foreign language requirement for this functional office âą Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required
