📋 Description

• Communicate with prospective and existing clients to understand security needs and develop engagement plans • Develop an understanding of clients’ business requirements and motivating factors • Lead and perform security assessments to identify gaps in security programs • Lead development of System Security Plans end to end, including control selection, implementation statements, system categorization, and stakeholder coordination through approval • Identify cybersecurity-related regulatory requirements and compliance gaps, and develop strategic compliance plans • Develop and review security policies, procedures, and related documentation • Develop plans of action with customers and the Soteria team to achieve desired outcomes • Document and present findings and recommendations to clients, including C-Suite and board-level executives • Maintain post-assessment client relationships and provide ongoing security advice • Maintain competence in security trends, technologies, and practices through self-study and industry events • Train and mentor employees • Work with Soteria leadership to develop and enhance revenue goals • Provide Finance with required data, reports, and project updates • Manage Advisory projects and ensure proactive client communication and client expectation management • Perform business development from referral or repeat-client initial call through proposal and contract execution

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience with a deep understanding of the cybersecurity space • Prior experience in a cybersecurity consulting role • Prior experience in a cybersecurity leadership role • Prior experience authoring System Security Plans (SSPs) • Experience supporting RMF or ATO-style processes • Knowledge and understanding of common regulatory and compliance requirements such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, GDPR, etc. • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, etc.
