📋 Description

• Lead, plan, and execute cross-functional business, technology, and process improvement projects from initiation to completion • Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, timelines, charters, scopes, management approaches, statements of work, cost estimates, and schedules • Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, deliverables, roadblocks, and escalations • Serve as the primary stakeholder contact and facilitate communication and collaboration across teams • Align project objectives with organizational goals alongside business leaders, technology teams, and process owners • Facilitate executive-level discussions and provide data-driven decision-making insights • Manage third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers, including contractual obligations and SLAs • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level project managers • Lead training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops • Apply Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management practices • Identify business process optimization, operational improvement, and automation opportunities • Implement project governance frameworks and lead change management efforts • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation • Define and track KPIs to measure project success and business impact

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches • Ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments and collaborate with diverse stakeholders • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, and Smartsheet • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including SharePoint/Teams, Excel, Word, and Visio • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Strong ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma preferred • Healthcare experience a plus • 7+ years of project management experience leading business, technology, and/or process improvement projects • PMI PMP® certification required
