📋 Description

• Teach doctoral courses in the MBA/DBA program • Monitor curricula for South College and accreditor compliance • Participate in course and curriculum evaluations and audits • Implement evaluation and audit recommendations • Mentor doctoral students one-to-one as they demonstrate mastery through assessments • Respond to emails and inquiries within 24 hours • Grade assessments within the allotted timeframe • Provide robust qualitative and quantitative feedback • Conduct proactive and reactive outreach by email, phone, and video conferencing • Maintain consistent direct communication in multiple modes

🎯 Requirements

• Passionate DBA educator with demonstrated success and experience mentoring doctoral students • Belief in competency-based education and innovative approaches to student achievement • Commitment to excellent customer service • Respond to student emails within 24 hours • Grade submissions within posted timeframes • Provide in-depth qualitative and quantitative feedback • Prior experience working at a CBE institution and/or CBE program • Doctor of Business Degree • Substantial doctoral college teaching and evaluation experience in online modalities with doctoral students; five years or more preferred • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to develop courses in competency-based education • Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies • Substantial LMS experience; Canvas preferred • Prior experience evaluating and/or instructing in a doctoral CBE program • Professional leadership experience • Experience working with dissertation students and serving as dissertation chair or committee member
