📋 Description

• Demonstrate commitment to competency-based education principles, emphasizing student mastery, individualized learning, and academic excellence • Facilitate student progression through competency-based curricula by providing timely, meaningful, actionable feedback • Maintain regular faculty-student engagement through individualized coaching, mentoring, and academic support • Monitor participation and academic progression using LMS analytics and intervene with at-risk students • Grade formative and summative assessments within departmental turnaround expectations • Participate in competency validation, assessment calibration, and faculty development • Collaborate with faculty, instructional designers, subject matter experts, and academic leadership on competency-based curricula and assessments • Review student achievement data, program outcomes, and assessment metrics for continuous quality improvement and accreditation support • Maintain proficiency in educational technologies, LMS, videoconferencing platforms, and instructional tools • Support students through orientation, progression, practicum experiences, scholarly project development as assigned, and program completion • Maintain current knowledge of CBE best practices, accreditation standards, nursing education trends, and regulatory requirements through professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Earned Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from a regionally accredited institution • Minimum of a terminal doctorate degree in nursing practice • Successful completion of at least 18 hours of directly related graduate coursework • Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license required • Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) required • Must maintain an active multistate compact RN license • Preference for demonstrated success teaching in an online, competency-based education (CBE) environment • Experience facilitating student learning through competency-based instructional strategies, individualized coaching, and timely, meaningful assessment feedback is highly desirable
