📋 Description

• Teach undergraduate Exercise Science courses in an online learning environment • Develop and deliver course content meeting program and institutional standards • Provide substantive, timely assignment feedback and proactive academic support • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student progress and grade records • Partner with the Program Director and department faculty to enhance course quality and student engagement strategies • Report directly to the Program Director for Exercise Science

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Exercise Physiology • Minimum of 18 graduate credit hours specifically in the teaching discipline • Active professional certifications from nationally recognized organizations, such as ACSM or NSCA, strongly preferred • Prior experience teaching online undergraduate courses in higher education strongly preferred • Demonstrated commitment to fostering student engagement and success in a virtual learning environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setting • Proficiency with learning management systems and digital communication tools
