📋 Description

• Serve as an adjunct RN-BSN faculty member for South College Nursing Online • Report directly to the Graduate Nursing Online Program Coordinator • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional support to students while modeling excellence in academic and professional practice • Foster enthusiasm for learning and actively engage individual students • Integrate real-world career examples and professional expertise into course discussions and assignments • Grade assignments according to established rubrics • Deliver formative and summative feedback to promote continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in nursing required • Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Tennessee or one of the eNLC compact states • Prior successful online teaching experience preferred • Ability to mentor, guide, and professionally support students • Ability to engage individual students and foster enthusiasm for learning • Ability to integrate real-world career examples and professional expertise into course discussions and assignments • Ability to grade assignments according to established rubrics and provide formative and summative feedback
