📋 Description

• Recruit, schedule, and run customer interviews and case study calls across the company’s products • Conduct product analytics deep dives in Mixpanel and company data, analyzing funnels, retention, engagement, and feature adoption • Present analytics findings with clear recommendations • Design and field surveys • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative input into Voice of the Customer reporting for leadership • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring insight reports used by the product team • Support product operations across initiatives • Coordinate alpha/beta testing cohorts • Track follow-ups and organize research artifacts • Report directly to the Head of Product

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in product analytics, customer research, market research, or a related analytical role • Hands-on experience with a product analytics platform (Mixpanel preferred) and working SQL • Experience running customer interviews or user research • Comfort talking to customers on video calls • Strong writing skills to turn messy inputs into a crisp one-page insight summary • Organized and self-directed • Comfortable juggling multiple initiatives in a remote team • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship • Experience at a health tech or healthcare company, especially at enterprise level (preferred) • Familiarity with survey tools and research repositories (preferred) • Exposure to experimentation (A/B testing) and cohort analysis (preferred)
