📋 Description
• One-on-one nutrition counseling & medical nutrition therapy • Nutrition education, counseling and behavioral change • Maintain documentation in EHR • Assist with scheduling follow up appointments • Stay in communication with practice administrative staff regarding schedule and patient care
🎯 Requirements
• Must be Registered Dietitian • 2+ years of experience • Must be or become licensed in Maryland • Must have or obtain own professional liability insurance • Seeking clients with clinical experience in a range of nutrition conditions • Experience in long term care, primary care, bariatrics, pediatrics or other specialty preferred • Credentialing with insurance companies required.
