📋 Description

• Lead projects and coordinate business analysis activities • Manage and coordinate testing efforts • Manage business relationships and serve as the primary project contact for business partners • Establish and direct cross-functional teams and related resources • Plan, develop, test, and implement assigned projects and project-related activities • Coordinate, monitor, and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle • Develop consulting knowledge and skills for the line of business • Develop and execute strategies and tactics to engage stakeholders and drive organizational and operational changes • Create project task lists, requirements documents, gap analyses, testing matrices, and process flows • Analyze present-state processes and develop future-state approaches • Define project roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities • Manage projects and project-related activities of varying complexity • Develop financial forecasts and reconcile project expenditures and resources • Partner with business leads to develop business cases, including problems, solutions, costs, and benefits • Document business requirements, impact assessments, and communications • Facilitate solutioning discussions, project meetings, and action-item tracking • Define and track milestones and maintain project plans • Identify project risks and develop and monitor mitigation plans • Manage scope, time-to-market, cost, quality, and project commitments • Develop test plans, execute test scripts, and document and report defects • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, effectiveness, and operational efficiency • Participate in knowledge transfer • Establish relationships with business leaders and project teams • Learn business processes and support business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required • Experience in Project Management of Complex Projects • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle • Experience in Organization Change Management • Experience in Project Management • Experience in Leadership • Experience in Relationship Management • Knowledge of banking/financial services preferred • Knowledge of Program/Project management methodologies, Business Analysis practices, or Test Management practices • Experience managing cross-functional relationships • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and Visio • Ability to manage cross-functional groups • Preferred Project Management Certifications: PgMP, PMP, CSM, or ACP • Preferred Business Analysis Certifications: ECBA, CCBA, or CBAP • Must complete New Employee Orientation and other training classes as determined by the Director of Enterprise Execution • Required annual compliance training • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds • Must be able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time • Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports • Must have a secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions • Must have a reliable private internet connection not supplied by cellular data • Travel may be required to attend meetings as needed
