📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic driver of data-driven decision making • Design and deliver enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards • Develop and maintain datasets through efficient data modeling and SQL • Monitor and improve production reporting and analytics solutions • Coordinate with IT and Line of Business leadership for data-driven BI solutions • Maintain compliance with banking regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or technical field, or equivalent practical experience • Minimum 6+ years in Business Intelligence, with at least 4+ years specifically dedicated to the PowerBI ecosystem in enterprise environment • Banking experience is preferred • Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including advanced DAX and Power Query • Strong understanding of data warehousing principles and modern business intelligence best practices • Advanced SQL skills with a proven ability to develop, optimize, and tune complex queries across large-scale relational data environments
