📋 Description

• Develop a deep understanding of R1's analytics and reporting library • Design and maintain Snowflake semantic views and models • Maintain and develop Snowflake backend SQL queries, functions, and stored procedures • Build and enhance reporting across multiple channels • Apply development best practices across the stack • Leverage AI agents and AI-assisted tooling • Manage development work within an Agile/sprint framework using Azure DevOps (ADO) • Perform quality assurance throughout development to ensure data integrity is maintained

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a BI/Power BI developer role, building and managing business intelligence and reporting solutions • Strong expertise in Snowflake SQL and Microsoft Power BI, including designing semantic models/views for self-service analytics • Advanced DAX skills for building robust, scalable reporting and analytics solutions • Experience with AI-assisted development, AI agents, and MCP integrations to improve BI development workflows and delivery speed • Experience working in an Agile environment using Azure DevOps (ADO) for sprint planning and backlog management • Proficiency with GitHub version control • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
