📋 Description

• Solve complex business problems using data from internal and external sources. • Provide insight to decision-makers. • Work on moderately complex to complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation. • Describe technologies, applications and practices used to analyze raw data. • Influence department's strategy and make technical decisions for project components. • Exercise considerable latitude in determining goals and approaches to assignments. • Report to the Business Intelligence Lead.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of technical experience in data analysis OR Master's degree and 3+ years of experience. • Advanced user of SQL and Power BI. • Advising with partners and identifying analytics needs. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. • Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations. • Experience analyzing data to solve different business problems and create data visualizations that move strategic direction. • Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data. • Strong communication skills with senior and executive leaders. • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.
