📋 Description

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective delivery from initiation to completion • Extract, analyze, and interpret data—including clinical data—to identify and recommend business opportunities to stakeholders • Lead project teams in developing visualizations, tools, or other assets based on data-driven insights • Accountable for project planning, monitoring progress, setting deadlines, and resolving issues • Collaborate across CAPI and with external partners to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes • Operate with a high level of independence and make informed decisions in complex situations • May assume direct supervisory responsibilities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in data analysis • Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations • Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction • Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data • Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint • Advanced in SQL, SAS and other data systems (Preferred) • Experience with tools such as PowerBI for creating data visualizations (Preferred) • Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling (Preferred) • Experience creating analytics solutions for various healthcare sectors (Preferred)
