đź“‹ Description

• Support the Risk Management & Insurance team in advancing initiatives that strengthen the company’s strategy • Research and compile risk exposure data to support insurance policy renewals • Review, audit, and track incoming and outgoing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for compliance with company and contractual requirements • Maintain and update the insurance policy database, including policy records, coverage information, and renewal dates • Assist with collecting, organizing, and validating insurance and risk management data from internal stakeholders • Support insurance documentation, record retention, and special projects • Develop a project timeline, provide progress updates, and deliver a final presentation at a senior leadership expo • Collaborate on additional projects with peers and leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2.5 GPA • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field • Demonstrated interest in risk management, insurance, compliance, or related business functions • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet due dates • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment while handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
