📋 Description

• Responsible for sales strategy and execution of long term organizational strategies for specialized and complex products • Operates autonomously to interpret complex business challenges, recommend best practices, and lead solution development • Engages directly with high-profile clients to set, negotiate, and finalize highly specialized contracts • Acts as a specialist in complex solution selling, ensuring the technical integrity, feasibility, and profitability of proposals • Develops strategy for sales enablement and technical engagement • Designs and develops industry leading sales frameworks, tools, and workflows • Implements systems to track technical performance metrics, sales training efficacy, and solution deployment effectiveness • Consults on cross-functional initiatives with engineering, marketing, and operations • Interfaces with C-suite executives and key external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree • Years of Experience: 8-11 Years • Preferred Education Level: Master’s degree • Years of Experience: 12-14 Years • Skills: Salesforce, Relationship Building, Sales Prospecting, Negotiation, Customer Relationship Management, Sales Presentations, Selling Techniques, Rapport Building
