📋 Description
• Collecting and posting rent payments • Managing resident delinquencies • Processing evictions and legal notices • Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports • Conducting property inspections • Managing vendors through completion of work • Communicating with management, clients, and customers for updates
🎯 Requirements
• 4 years’ experience in Property Management or related field • Experience in managing/leasing single family homes • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Proficient in social media functionality including Twitter, Facebook and Instagram • Must have reliable transportation and valid Driver's License • Must be physically able to perform inspections and presentations of properties
