📋 Description

• Provide and assist J8 with clearing invalid balances and transactions from Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) to convert a supportable trial balance • Analyze current EBS data to identify invalid transactions and anomalies • Assess data quality against DoD’s standards and requirements • Assist with developing and implementing data cleansing processes to correct anomalies, resolve invalid transactions, and standardize data • Validate data for accuracy and integrity through various techniques • Provide support to the team as needed • Complete other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field • 1–3 years of relevant experience, specifically in the federal sector • Proficiency in MS Office tools and ability to learn other tools as needed • Active SECRET clearance • Experience with or knowledge of purchase orders, sales orders, fund reservations, purchase requisitions, and standalone FI AP/AR/disbursement/collection documents • Experience with or knowledge of order to cash and procure to pay • Ability to understand relationships of key SAP purchases, sales, inventory, and financial tables • Experience supporting and collaborating with DoD stakeholders, senior leadership, and DoD/Army Financial Management personnel
