📋 Description

• Search for and identify qualified candidates using proactive recruiting strategies • Target both active and passive talent • Generate interest in SPA’s open positions • Build and maintain a strong talent pool • Support proposal efforts by sourcing candidates for upcoming opportunities • Engage SPA alumni • Manage employee referrals to strengthen the recruiting pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship • 8+ years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition • BA/BS in a business, HR, or related field • Firm understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and X-ray searches • Experience using ClearanceJobs.com, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other leading talent platforms • Extensive experience building candidate pipelines within leading Talent Management Systems/Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) • Proficiency in iCIMS ATS is desired
