• Dispatch Specialist role supporting Sparklight/Cable One and family brands • Keep customers and associates connected to what matters most • Provide customer support and address customer needs • Make customer relationships seamless, easy, and rewarding • Tailor communications and interactions to customer needs and expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Open to candidates residing in AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NM, NV, OR, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, or UT • Successful completion of background screening, drug screening, and reference check required before hire • Committed: Values each customer while supporting communities • Helpful: Delivers useful customer support with expertise, respect, and empathy • Proactive: Understands customer needs and works to make relationships seamless, easy, and rewarding • Personal: Knows customers well and tailors communications and interactions to their needs and expectations
