📋 Description

• Supervise traveler technicians’ daily assignments, production, and attendance across projects remotely • Coordinate mobilizations, kickoffs, and ramp-ups with the Traveler Coordinator • Communicate project status, production, budget, and issues to clients and project leadership • Identify and resolve field problems, escalating to the Project Manager as needed • Verify technician OQs and compliance with pipeline safety requirements under 49 CFR Part 192 • Monitor production, quality, and budget performance; report variances and corrective actions • Review and approve technician time, mileage, and expenses in Time Tracker • Train and coach technicians remotely on system utilization, company policy, and project expectations • Promote safety and enforce safety, vehicle use, and attendance policies • Oversee monthly vehicle and equipment inspections

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Natural gas utility or gas contractor field experience in leak survey, service inspection, or atmospheric corrosion inspection • Working knowledge of OQ requirements • Supervisory or team lead experience: minimum six months for internal candidates or one year for external candidates • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Teams • Payroll and time tracking experience • Eastern Time hours availability, typically Monday through Friday, with some early, evening, or weekend availability • Travel availability up to 10% if required
