• Support product roadmap execution by translating company goals, customer needs, and team input into clear priorities and deliverables • Partner with Product Managers and engineering teams to coordinate feature development, follow-ups, and release readiness • Gather and synthesize customer, sales, support, and market feedback to inform product decisions and identify improvement opportunities • Assist with product messaging, internal enablement materials, and go-to-market preparation alongside marketing, sales, and customer success teams • Write and maintain research documentation, product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other supporting documentation • Support BloodHound Enterprise SaaS features, experience, and insights in a cloud environment
• 6 years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in product operations, business analysis, SaaS, cybersecurity, or related field • Foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts, cloud technologies, and/or SaaS products • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using data to support decision-making • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation • Desire to embody the core values of passionate curiosity, consistent improvement, empathy, sustainability, humility, and empowerment through transparency • Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; immigration visa sponsorship is not available • Nice to have: Experience supporting enterprise SaaS or B2B product teams through full-time roles • Nice to have: Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra/Azure, identity security, or adjacent cybersecurity concepts • Nice to have: Familiarity with API standards and integration concepts • Nice to have: Exposure to BloodHound Enterprise, BloodHound CE, or other security tooling through coursework, homelabs, internships, or prior roles
