Speech Teachers of North Georgia is a clinic of certified speech-language pathologists providing diagnostic evaluations and evidence-based speech and language therapy for infants, preschoolers, and school-aged children across North Georgia. They offer early intervention services, treatment for articulation and language disorders, and support for developmental conditions such as autism spectrum disorder and Down syndrome, working directly with families to improve communication outcomes.

📋 Description

• Welcome and support families with warmth, professionalism, and compassion. • Answer calls, respond to emails, and schedule evaluations and therapy appointments. • Coordinate communication with families, physicians, schools, and therapists. • Guide new families through the intake and onboarding process. • Maintain accurate records using Google Workspace and our practice management software. • Help improve office systems and contribute ideas as our practice grows.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills. • A friendly, confident phone presence. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn. • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Gmail). • Comfortable learning RingCentral and other software. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
