📋 Description

• Be the expert voice over the phone that helps customers identify, evaluate, and purchase products • Use a consultative approach to recommend solutions, explain product benefits, and guide customers toward confident buying decisions • Communicate in writing to provide technical support and product recommendations • Make independent decisions regarding proper product application • Maintain an extensive working knowledge of aftermarket automotive technology • Serve as a technical resource for both customers and internal teams • Assist product and e-commerce teams to develop and update website content • Collaborate with internal teams to support product visibility and overall sales success • Contribute toward the development of training material for fellow techs and sales staff members • Participate in the production of technical content including video and tech articles

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for muscle cars, hot rods, and performance vehicles • Excellent communication skills • Strong computer skills – experience in typing (30 wpm), web navigation, search engines, and essential programs like Outlook • Dependable attendance • Comfort in a role that blends technical expertise with a sales component • Customer-focused mindset
