📋 Description

• Review and evaluate trucking claims to determine validity, coverage, and potential payouts • Investigate claims by collecting information from drivers, trucking companies, and insurance adjusters • Analyze maintenance records, repair invoices, and related documentation to calculate truck and trailer maintenance costs • Maintain accurate records of claims, communications, and decisions • Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and supporting claims decisions • Serve as the primary client contact during the claims process • Answer client questions, address concerns, and provide claim-status updates • Stay informed about industry regulations, company policies, and claims-processing best practices • Ensure claims comply with applicable laws and regulations • Collaborate with team members to improve claims-processing efficiency and accuracy • Share insights and best practices to enhance team performance

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of trucking operations • Familiarity with truck and trailer maintenance practices and costs • Previous experience in the trucking industry is a significant advantage • Experience in claims processing, insurance, or a related field is preferred • Understanding of claims management software is a plus • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to interpret complex data and draw accurate conclusions • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously with accuracy and timeliness • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for claims management and documentation • Comfortable using digital communication tools for remote work
