📋 Description

• Supervise and lead clinical team members delivering crisis response and high-risk care management services • Interview, hire, onboard, and support team members’ professional growth through 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews • Ensure timely, high-quality clinical services, including assessment, care management, crisis intervention, safety planning, and care coordination • Monitor caseloads and key performance metrics, implementing benchmarks and workflows to meet internal SLAs • Lead the team through rapid changes in care delivery approaches • Ensure timely and effective Critical Incident Response • Provide case-audit feedback and clinical coaching to maintain quality standards, best practices, and documentation protocols • Support operational readiness for high-acuity and after-hours needs, including periodic on-call responsibilities and overnight-team coordination • Collaborate with clinical leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes, develop SOPs, and refine clinical models • Monitor emerging program needs and proactively support clinical excellence, compliance, and responsiveness • Foster a collaborative, mission-driven team culture • Report to the Sr. Clinical Manager

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership and management experience, including supervision of teams of 15+ • 10+ years of behavioral health experience, including clinical call centers and care management • Active independent clinical license, such as LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, LCPC, MD, or RN • Track record of building and growing high-performing teams and mentoring frontline team members • High sense of urgency and results focus combined with a service orientation • Exceptional communication skills and ability to inspire and engage a team • Training and experience in evidence-based care modalities, including longitudinal care management • Excitement about working in a rapidly changing organization • Experience with telephony and documentation tools and systems • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship requirement is addressed in the application
