• Lead and evolve Executive Communications and Internal Relations programs • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior executives • Own and evolve Sprinklr’s internal communications strategy • Design and manage a multi-channel internal communications ecosystem • Develop clear, engaging content that drives understanding of strategy and builds employee confidence • Champion two-way communication ensuring employee feedback loops are embedded and actionable • Build and operationalize annual and quarterly communications plans tied to company priorities • Lead high-stakes communications initiatives including transformation milestones, organizational changes, and major announcements
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in strategic, corporate, or executive communications roles • Experience in SaaS, technology, and/or publicly traded companies strongly preferred • Proven track record supporting senior executives (C-suite or equivalent) in high-visibility environments • Experience building or scaling internal communications programs in complex, fast-moving organizations • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills—clear, concise, and authentic • Strong strategic acumen with the ability to connect communications to business outcomes • Executive presence and ability to influence the highest levels of the organization • Strong judgment, instincts, and ability to operate in ambiguity
